RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, Go to My Orders > Select Order > Press the Return this item button, Enter necessary details including the reason for the return then press submit for the initiating the return request. If the return request is approved we will book a return shipment and the courier partner will pick up the item please keep the product packed as you received it the first time.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your replacement for the item.
REFUNDS OR CANCELLATION
We will initiate the refund on the following scenarios.
1). If an order is canceled before the delivery
2). If a returned item is not in stock for initiating the replacement.
Generally, we will send you the refund in 3 - 4 business days to the original payment mode used while making the order.
If your order is COD we will require Bank Account details to transfer the amount. we will contact you on behalf of the order. We can process the bank transfer in 5 -7 business days
